Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Specialist to join our ever-evolving team. Senior HR Specialists play a crucial role within our organization, serving as a link between our employees and company HR practices that bring additional complexity. Your primary role will be to support employees, managers, and alumni of NetApp by providing an excellent HR service experience across a broad range of HR subject matter areas. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, excellent communication skills and well versed in HR functions and procedures. Our goal is to provide a smooth and friendly service experience while ensuring compliance and confidentiality are always met.
Description:
- Oversee and streamline HR processes, including enterprise program support, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide advisory support and resolution strategies for complex employee issues and performance cases; advise on policy changes and their impact on operations and the employee experience
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems and technologies
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance HR team capabilities and employee knowledge
- Own, monitor, and deliver highly sensitive restructuring or performance management support
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR metrics and trends
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regional audits, and company policies; also ensure data integrity and efficient use of HR information and systems
- Document case details clearly, accurately, and within defined service levels (SLAs)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as needed
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent education
- 3+ years of restructuring and performance management support experience
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- Proven experience as an HR or customer service representative
- Knowledge or education in HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM and HCM systems
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of process and statutory requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality with employee matters and information
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $126,100 - $177,300 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
