The AI for Science team has been focusing on tackling challenges in natural sciences, including biology, physics, and materials, with computational tools such as Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, High-throughput Computation. Our goal is to create breakthroughs in natural science with new methodology and help the world.

Responsibilities:
- Follow the latest progress and solve real-world problems in biology, combining machine learning methods and high performance computing approaches such as molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and Pytorch, solid coding skills, and hands-on experience of machine learning algorithms, such as graph neural networks, generative models, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Deep domain knowledge in protein, DNA/RNA, and general organic molecules.
- Ability to solve problems independently, good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of molecular dynamics and enhanced sampling algorithms.
- Experience of protein and bio-molecule modeling.
- Experience of quantum chemistry density functional theory algorithms.
- Experience of generative modeling of organic molecules.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
