Sr. Administrative Representative
North Georgia Hydro

This position will report to the Hydro Manager. The Administrative Representative is to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to the plant. This position requires working within a team as well as working independently.
Key expectations include:
- Manage/maintain calendars and email
- Support management staff with all administrative needs
- Prepare site-specific information
- Organize & schedule meetings, conference calls and related logistics (i.c. equipment for presentations, agenda, handouts, reservations, refreshments, etc.)
- Serve as the invoice reconciler for North Georgia Hydro
- Maintain office supplies
- Answer phones and assist callers to meet their needs
- Prepare time sheets/enter time into Oracle
- Prepare call-out lists
- Support plant personnel with expense statements (Oracle)
- Additional miscellaneous administrative support duties
- Create purchase requests (Maximo).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of previous work experience in a Secretary/Administrative Assistant role performing the responsibilities listed in the job summary role is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint required)
- Previous experience with HR information System Database
- Previous experience with Oracle time entry, expense reporting, and invoice processing is preferred.
- Experience with Maximo Purchase Order and Invoice tracking, including account number distribution for assigning and tracking costs, is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, management, peer administrative reps, and business unit personnel across the company.
- Must be skilled in delivering work products with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple activities simultaneously.
- Possess the ability to determine priorities and meet required deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communications.
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to audit the timekeeping function (e.g., time entry/verification, Excess Straight Time, Non-Productive Time, Substitution hours, etc.)
- The ability to audit contracts/invoice entries.
