As a Sr. Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product management team and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to deliver innovative products that align with the company's objectives
This is hybrid position and based in our Issaquah, Washington office.

Defining and communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
Define, launch and build profitable product & service offerings that transform healthcare.
Leading product development from ideation through launch, managed product lifecycle effectively ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer service.
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions.
Managing product roadmaps and prioritized features based on customer needs and business impact.
Enjoy mentoring and developing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity and inclusion.
Great presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
MBA preferred with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in product management, business management/product marketing/engineering in a highly regulated medical device environment including a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
Ultrasound and Cardiology or Radiology market experience is a must. Clinical ultrasound experience is a plus.
Deep expertise in market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy, and product development.
Proven communication skills & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and ability to influence colleagues.
A track record of successfully launching and managing high-tech innovative products throughout their entire lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and global dynamic environment.
Fluent in hardware and software product development, including quality and reliability techniques.
