Salary Range- $60,000.00-$75,000.00

JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets large data sets to provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. They collaborate with various teams to identify key metrics, develop reports, and create visualizations to communicate complex data clearly and concisely. This position is part of the Innovation Division, where products and processes are reviewed and inspected to maintain the highest standards.
The Innovation Division utilizes analytical skills to manage projects and evaluate the agency’s operations, including internal structure, business processes, and information technology infrastructure, and develop methods for improvement. Its focus is on streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The functions performed by employees in this position may include the following:
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Work closely with business teams to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement reports, dashboards, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and understandable way.
- Create visuals and dashboards to communicate data insights effectively.
Identify data issues and inconsistencies and recommend solutions for improving data quality.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
Support decision-making with data-driven insights and strategies.
- Assist in the development and automation of data analysis processes.

- Data processing hardware and software; of computer capabilities; of systems analysis and development; of coding and implementation; of project management and documentation.
- An in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.

- Data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
