<h2>Short Description</h2> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field;</li> <li>Prior experience as Feature Engineer;</li> <li>Experience with BMP tools and process modelling;</li> <li>Experience with change management and defect tracking tools;</li> <li>UX/UI Experience, web design;</li> <li>High standards of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and trust;</li> <li>Working experience according to Agile methodology.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Applications suite :</p> <ul> <li>ModelR - BPM platform – in-house developed, C# (.NET)/web components with Vbscrip</li> <li>language.</li> <li>Azure – backlog management, problem management, deploy management</li> <li>(pipelines).</li> <li>SNOW – Service now for incident and change management.</li> <li>Grafana – monitoring</li> <li>SQL</li> <li>RDP</li> <li>Office</li> <li>Confluence</li> </ul> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Understand product vision and if needed challenge the business requirements;</li> <li>Design functional analysis;</li> <li>Develop processes, flows and interfaces for features within the squad;</li> <li>Produce clean, efficient business process rules based on specifications;</li> <li>Coordinates changes within the squad - create changes and act as an owner for</li> <li>changes in SNOW;</li> <li>Work closely with architects and other feature engineers;</li> <li>Create test plan and design test cases;</li> <li>Ensure the quality of the software and consider non-functional requirements</li> <li>(security, performance, availability or scalability) and manage quality assurance</li> <li>procedures in order to ensure submitted development work meets requirements</li> <li>(functional and non-functional);</li> <li>Report, record, fix or escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs;</li> <li>Provide feedback and propose improvements for user experience designs;</li> <li>Contribute together with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the</li> <li>development process;</li> <li>Act as 3rd line support: develop fixes for problems and make procedures for DevOps</li> <li>team;</li> <li>Provide necessary documentation for application lifecycle;</li> <li>Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, demo and retrospective, that ensures</li> <li>that work will meet business requirement and team commitment;</li> <li>Deliver training, documentation and technical support about products/solutions developed.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
