You will oversee the entire accounting and financial cycle with a focus on continuous improvement.</p><p>To specify :</p><p dir="ltr"> </p><p><strong>Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting</strong></p><p></p><p></p><ul> <li>Working with the FP&amp;A team to oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS when applicable and local GAAP).</li> <li>Reviewing general ledger entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.</li> <li><br/></li> </ul><p><strong>Month-End &amp; Year-End Close</strong></p><ul> <li>Leading the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li> <li>Managing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.</li> <li>Supporting audit processes and providing necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Tax Compliance</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and submission of all required tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax).</li> <li>Coordinating with external tax advisors and authorities.</li> <li>Supporting transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions where applicable.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Treasury Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Overseeing cash management to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.</li> <li>Managing banking relationships, including credit lines and factoring.</li> <li>Monitoring cash flows and implementing strategies to optimize working capital and manage foreign exchange exposure.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Internal Controls &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><ul> <li>Maintaining and enhancing internal controls over financial, tax, and treasury reporting.</li> <li>Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve accounting processes and system efficiencies (ERP).</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Consolidation &amp; Team Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Working with external advisors on the annual consolidation of the group's accounts.</li> <li>Supervising, training, and developing accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.</li> </ul><p></p><h3 dir="ltr">Your profile for this job</h3><p dir="ltr"></p><ul> <li>You have a <strong>degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</strong>.</li> <li>You have <strong>at least 3 years of experience</strong> in a similar role, ideally in a fast-pac
