Sales Support Coordinator

Base Pay

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose:  The Sales Support Coordinator is a store support role primarily focused on conducting follow-up calls for sales opportunities, closing sales through MyProject quotes or Confirm2Pay links, scheduling Design appointments for product selection, engaging with PRO customers to schedule store tours and inform about the benefits of being a PRO, and assisting with inbound store calls. The Sales Support Coordinator will provide support to the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in retail or inside sales; preferred B2C value-added selling experience
• At least one year experience with Salesforce
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills; must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of flooring preferred
• Spanish bilingual preferred

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for all aspects of contacting, follow-up, and closing sales with customers
• Accurately track all data in Salesforce
• Use High Value Opportunity (HVO) dashboard to conduct follow-up calls with customers regarding open quotes and sample sales
• Provide updated quotes for customers to make their purchases online, or send Confirm2Pay payment links to qualifying customers to close sales
• Conduct follow-ups with customers for Installation Made Easy (IME) quotes
• Schedule Design Appointments for customers needing additional assistance with product selection for their projects
• Conduct One New PRO calls using the PRO Dashboard to connect with new PRO customers on the benefits of PRO services, ensuring they are aware of and signed up for PPR points, and scheduling them for a PRO tour of the store
• Conduct One Potential PRO calls using the PRO Dashboard to confirm potential PROs as homeowners or PRO customers. If the customer is validated as a PRO, educate the customer on the benefits of PRO services, PPR, and scheduling a PRO tour
• Connect with PRO customer on the 5K report that are not signed up for PPR points, or that have high point values and no redemptions on what points can be used for and how to redeem them
• Handle store incoming calls related to product information, inventory, and general store inquiries
• Communicate with store management and operations teams to ensure compliance with company standards
• Ability to communicate professionally to customers, store associates, and corporate office personnel
• Performs any other related duties as required or assigned

• Limited travel may be required by car
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY    REQUIREMENTS

Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
