The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced public company environment. You will partner closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Chief of Staff, Board members, and Investor Relations, serving as a face of the CEO’s office and reflecting the values of HealthEquity, while delivering with precision.

This role reports directly to the CEO and sits onsite at our headquarters in Draper, UT.

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to coordinate agendas, pre-reads, meeting materials, and next steps.
  • Create simple systems, trackers, and workflows that improve how the CEO office operates.
  • Identify ways to reduce friction, improve communication, and increase executive effectiveness.

Support Board, Investor, and Public Company Activities

  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for Board meetings, committee meetings, investor meetings, earnings-related activities, and other public company events.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, Communications, and the Chief of Staff to ensure materials and timelines are well managed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including Board materials, financial information, organizational changes, and leadership decisions.

  • Own meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, attendees, rooms, technology, catering, transportation, and contingency plans.
  • Coordinate all CEO travel, and coordinate dependencies with other executive team members and their EAs to drive efficiency, including itineraries, briefing materials, expenses, and real-time changes.
  • Ensure meetings are well organized, purposeful, and focused on clear outcomes.

Create Leverage Through Tools and Process

  • Use technology, AI tools, and workflow automation to improve speed, organization, and productivity.
