The Senior Product Owner will support the AIPI work that includes product management of the new tools - Control Tower, Provider Fingerprinting, and an associated workflow management tool. This individual maximizes value of products created by the Agile team. This individual liaises with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. This individual serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.

- Define and prioritize product backlog items to ensure understanding of our goals and customer needs.
- Develop an understanding of our customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions and maximize value.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
- Write well-crafted user stories that are clear, concise and capture requirements from the end user’s perspective.
- Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
- Develop product roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on a development team as a product and/or process owner
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on user acceptance testing
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADO or Jira Align
- Professional experience working with various AI technology platforms
Work-At-Home Requirements
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- Agile experience
- Experience in Claims Adjudication/Audit
- Certification in SAFe Agile or Project Management
