Senior Assistant Manager – Nothing Bundt Cakes

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we bring joy to our guests through delicious cakes and exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to help lead our bakery team, support daily operations, and create a positive experience for both guests and employees.

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Bakery Operator and management team to ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, maintain quality standards, and foster a fun and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the bakery's daily operations.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Help recruit, train, schedule, and retain bakery staff.
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company standards.
Support sales initiatives, local marketing efforts, and community engagement activities.
Assist with labor management, productivity goals, and operational efficiency.
Serve as the Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership during all shifts.

Qualifications

Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
