Job Title: Sr. Oracle Cloud PLM / PDH Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM/PDH Solution Architect with expertise in migrating from Oracle Agile PLM. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on configuration, and business alignment to deliver optimized PLM solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong consulting background and a passion for leveraging Oracle technology to streamline and enhance business processes.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Cloud PLM Implementations: Own the technical aspects of implementations, from system configuration to troubleshooting and guiding technical teams.
• PLM Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership across data migration, integration, customizations, and performance optimization for Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to architect end-to-end PLM solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
• Oracle Agile PLM Integration: Design solutions that ensure smooth integration between Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Data Migration: Lead complex data migration from Agile to Oracle Cloud PLM, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams to align processes, data, and reporting requirements.
• Product Data Hub (PDH): Gather requirements, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud PDH applications. Ensure seamless system integration and provide ongoing support.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive documentation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years implementing Oracle Cloud PLM in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Agile PLM migration and Oracle Cloud PLM's core functionalities (product data management, engineering change management, BOM, quality management).
• 4-5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud PDH implementation experience.
• Experience in item class definition, business rules, sandbox deployments, NIR, and ECO configuration.
• Strong leadership and team mentorship experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with OTBI reports, SQL/PLSQL, and OIC integrations.
• Experience with page customizations via Sandbox.
