Service Manager

Citymesh NV, European leader in installing private 4G/5G networks and WiFi-as-a-service, is seeking a Service Delivery Expert to join our Service Operations department. As a Service Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining the operational efficiency of the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct service meetings with a set of customers

• Act as SPOC during escalations and P1 incidents and take care of the follow-up after the incident (incident report, RCA, lessons learnt)

• Watch over the quality of the services we deliver, by suggesting and implementing improvements for both internal and external processes.

• Work closely with the support team to stay ahead of possible escalations

• Schedule maintenance windows in agreement with customer and Citymesh teams

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in a similar role, or a background in IT, engineering and/or service management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of IT, networking, 4G/5G etc.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Dutch. English and French are an asset
