Talent Acquisition Administrator

Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, administrative support for recruiting, interview coordination, The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers for the full life cycle recruiting process: requisition creation, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits, offer letter creation, initiating pre-employment checks, pre-onboarding processing, and scheduling and conducting orientation
• Prepare and deliver candidate offer letters, new hire documents, compliance forms, background check results and other supporting documentation within the recruitment process
• Provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits to candidates
• Partners with HRBPs and HRIS for hiring, internal changes, and job promotions
• Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers regarding requisition requests to be entered into the applicant tracking systems
• Create retention, time-to-fill, and attrition reports and presentations
• Supports the background check and onboarding process: motor vehicle report screenings, employment verification, scheduling start dates, creating credentials, and issuing employment contracts
• Interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population and all levels of management
• Maintain an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience by providing a white glove “candidate experience” and troubleshooting issues when they arise
• Performs administrative tasks such as expense reports, dashboard management, and weekly recruiting reports
• Manages special projects geared towards helping to elevate the recruitment process and building brand recognition
• Analyzes current process and helps streamline efficiency
• Ensures data integrity while handling sensitive and confidential information such as salary, internal promotions, and
• Delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced, everchanging environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or transferrable department or industry
• Must possess strong analytical skills (Intermediate – Advanced Excel experience)
• Team-based project management experience
• Proven project management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position, now, or in the future
