Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

• (Further) development and implementation of the strategic partnership strategy
• End-to-end management as process owner with the relevant departments of strategic non-equity partnerships (incl. stakeholder management, evaluation of business models and business cases, conducting negotiations and drafting contracts)
• Coordination of the existing partnership portfolio
• Creating internal and external (decision-making) templates for management
• Processing cross-functional projects and special tasks

 

What you need for our CELLebration

• Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international strategy consultancy, auditing firm (Big4) or a comparable corporate position
• Extensive knowledge in the coordination of complex projects and in strategic project management 
• Experience with cross-functional and intercultural collaboration and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and results-orientated way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
