You Are:

As the AI & Data Intel Lead, Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services, you will lead the strategy, business development, and delivery of cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence solutions for intelligence and related national security agencies. This executive position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and deep understanding of the federal data and AI technology landscape. The role would report to the Chief AI officer, and work closely with portfolio leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the growth strategy for data and AI solutions within the Intelligence portfolio
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with key intelligence, and other clients as required.
  • Lead large-scale pursuits and proposals for data and AI opportunities
  • Align Intelligence portfolio offerings with broader data and AI practice strategies
  • Develop tailored solutions addressing the unique challenges facing defense and intelligence agencies
  • Oversee delivery of critical complex data and AI programs, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
  • Recruit, build and lead high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists
  • Identify emerging technologies, software and platform partners, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
  • Establish thought leadership and messaging strategies in data and AI applications for the federal market

Impact & Success Metrics

  • Achieve annual revenue growth targets for the Intelligence AI and Data capability area
  • Increase market share within specified intelligence agencies
  • Build and expand client relationships with key intelligence executives and others as required
  • Successfully deliver transformative AI and Data solutions that enhance mission capabilities
  • Measurably improve partnership revenue and capture volume with emerging technology companies – prioritizing the Intel space
  • Develop and implement innovative offerings addressing emerging intelligence challenges

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8 years focused on data analytics and AI solutions
  • Proven track record of growing business and driving sales in the federal defense and intelligence sector
  • Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
  • Strong understanding of defense and intelligence mission requirements and operational environments
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders
  • Experience leading strategic growth campaigns and delivering sustained growth
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with relevant AI technologies including large language models, computer vision, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems
