For us, success is about getting the right fit for you.</p> <p><strong><em>BYT: Boost Your Team</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Function:</strong> Salesforce Tech Lead - Marketing Cloud</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Portugal</li> <li><strong>Type of work:</strong> Remote</li> <li><strong>Type of contract:</strong> Contractual link directly with our client</li> <li><strong>Client:</strong> Manufacturing Sector</li> </ul> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Serve as the Tech Lead for the SF Marketing Cloud team, guiding discussions, resolving challenges, and driving best practices in code quality, scalability, and maintainability.</li> <li>Continuously track and improve key performance metrics, collaborating with the team to optimize system quality and availability.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative environment where team members actively participate in engineering and design decisions.</li> <li>Implement solid processes to ensure consistent coding standards and manage technical debt with delivery teams.</li> <li>Lead and contribute to organization-wide tech initiatives and transformations.</li> <li>Mentor engineers, supporting their professional growth, and contribute to hiring top talent for the team.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce development and Marketing Cloud, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field.</li> <li>Proven expertise in building, launching, and growing products, with a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio).</li> <li>Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, and strong SQL skills for managing complex data extensions and views.</li> <li>Skilled in designing and implementing advanced automation workflows using Automation Studio.</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed environments with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li>Familiar with CI/CD tools and workflows; professional scrum certification is a bonus.</li> </ul>
