About the role

The Managing Director of Corporate Finance is a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and treasury operations. This executive provides strategic financial insight and leadership to support sustainable growth, profitability, and effective risk management across the enterprise.

This role requires a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in financial management, including capital optimization and performance analytics, as well as the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy.
  • Provide strategic and financial guidance to support corporate objectives, including growth initiatives, profitability targets, and capital efficiency.
  • Lead capital management strategy, capital allocation decisions, and treasury operations to optimize liquidity and financial flexibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional accounting or finance designation (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive or director-level roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, governance, and executive-level decision support.

Salary Range:

The pay range for this position is $210,000 to $300,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
