Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to and enhance the ongoing process of lead deliveries to leasing brokers.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve and streamline data pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their data needs, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and document data engineering processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor data quality and work on implementing data quality checks, data validation, and data cleansing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on daily operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of data engineering solutions within the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 3 years completed in Computer Science or any related STEM (Science, Math or Engineering) fields
• Some experience programming in python and SQL or related languages

• Preferably experience with cloud-based data technologies and platforms like Azure or AWS
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

8,500.00 – 11,500.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
