Position Summary 

The Staff Program Manager will help develop and execute processes for a global, centralized Product and Design team of +450 Product Managers and Product Designers. They will drive regular business operations to coordinate, collaborate, and execute on the rollout out of a new program. To do this well they will effectively partner with Product Managers and collaborate across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team. 
 
This role will be focused on large scale projects, supporting key daily and weekly business operations used to coordinate, collaborate, and executive team programs. They will partner closely with leaders to support team communication and set up mechanisms to successfully help Product fulfill on goals. To do so, they will effectively collaborate across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team. 

A successful person in this role will have strong program planning, strategic thinking, and execution skills, change and release management experience, and superior problem-solving skills. They will communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. They will build effective and productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly.
