As a key member of our HR technology team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Workday solutions.</p><p><br/>
<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br/>
<strong>Workday System Configuration</strong><br/>
● Configure and customize the Workday HCM system to meet the<br/>
organization&#39;s HR requirements.<br/>
● Hands-on experience in HCM, Absence, Time tracking, compensation<br/>
modules.<br/>
● Implement and maintain business process configurations, security settings,<br/>
and integrations within Workday.</p><p><strong>System Optimization</strong><br/>
● Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process<br/>
improvements and system enhancements.<br/>
● Analyze current HR processes and propose innovative solutions to maximize<br/>
the effectiveness of the Workday system.</p><p><strong>User Support and Training</strong><br/>
● Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries<br/>
and issues.<br/>
● Develop and conduct training sessions for HR and other relevant teams to<br/>
ensure efficient and effective use of the Workday system.</p><p><strong>Data Management</strong><br/>
● Manage data integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing best<br/>
practices for data governance.<br/>
● Work on data migration and integration projects to ensure seamless flow of<br/>
information across the organization.</p><p><strong>Reporting and Analytics</strong><br/>
● Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to support HR and<br/>
business decision-making.<br/>
● Utilize Workday reporting tools to extract and analyze HR data for various<br/>
stakeholders.</p><p><strong>System Upgrades and Maintenance</strong><br/>
● Stay informed about Workday updates, releases, and new features.<br/>
● Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and<br/>
maximum utilization of new functionalities.</p><p><strong>Collaboration</strong><br/>
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and<br/>
implement solutions that align with organizational goals.</p><p>8. Compliance and Security</p><p>● Ensure that the Workday system is in compliance with relevant data<br/>
protection and security regulations.<br/>
● Monitor and address any security vulnerabilities or risks related to the<br/>
Workday system.</p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>● Total experience of 5-8 years<br/>
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related<br/>
field.<br/>
● Proven experience as a Workday HCM system analyst, with in-depth knowledge of<br/>
Workday configuration and customization.<br/>
● Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.<br/>
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/>
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<br/>
● Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within the Workday<br/>
platform.<br/>
● Knowledge of relevant data protection and security regulations.<br/>
● Workday certification is a plus.<br/>
