About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator for our Allocation Solutions Department.  In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical/legal review. This role requires a focus on organization, quality and precision. This is not a client facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively and timely communicate with internal staff. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Sort and organize file documentation per internal guidelines
• Scan paper documents via high speed scanner (as needed)
• Successfully participate in the workflow process between administrative professionals, paralegals, attorneys, and medical professionals
• Demonstrate organization, quality and precision
• Handle material of a highly confidential nature
• Data entry of key data
• When necessary, demonstrate agility in “rush” situations

• Excellent time management skills
• Basic technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
