About the Role

RTM is looking for a Senior Event/Content Producer, focused specifically on new event market Research and Development. You should have a proven track record of successful event production in B2B conferences/events, and an excellent understanding of what is required to build events in new markets.

You will work closely with the VP of Sales to identify new markets/opportunities while building a successful R&D blueprint/processes for future launches. You will also be responsible for presenting to the executive team frequently.

This role is Hybrid/Remote in NY, NJ and CT or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA and GA.

Requirements

• Identify new markets and verticals that work within the RTM Event Model
• Lead outreach to key players in new markets to collect data and qualify the market
• Create a detailed, curated program of events, with dynamic sessions, speakers and content
• Organize and maintain all internal databases with updated information for each event
• Pitch new events/markets to the Executive Team
• Work closely with the VP of Sales to collect feedback from existing RTM customers on potential new events
• Execute the “launch” of approved new events including initial speaker and attendee acquisition
• Manage conference websites, agendas and digital assets
• Work closely with the VP of Events to ensure launched events are tracking toward event goals

• Bachelor's degree
• Background in B2B event production
• Sales / Prospecting experience to c-level executives
• Excellent presentation skills, as you will be presenting frequently to the executive team
• Professional & interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
• Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines at once
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications

• 2+ years experience researching, developing and launching new markets
• Experience working across multiple industries
• Master’s degree a plus

Salary $70,000 - $80,000 base + bonuses/incentives/uncapped commission

Total compensation expectations: $100,000
