The Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact results across our organization. Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards

  • Perform data analysis, risk assessments, and impact studies to support decision-making and project success

  • Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to define problems, quantify value, and scope solution

  • Implement project management best practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, to drive continuous improvement

  • Communicate project status, risks, and success stories to stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Partner with analytics, AI, and business teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

  • Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance team performance and efficiency

  • Foster a collaborative, fun, and engaging work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork

  • Thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change as an opportunity for growth

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry

  • Experience leading projects in a cross functional environment

  • Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)

  • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

  • Experience in a role that required strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree or higher

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Manager Professional (PgMP) certification

  • 10+ years of experience leading Lean and process improvement initiatives

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industries

  • Experience applying AI, automation, and data analytics to operational process improvements

  • Experience in methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Design Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma

  • Experience successfully leading business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
