About you

ClearBank is applying for a European banking license as we are expanding into Europe as part of our international growth strategy. Supporting this growth, setting us up for future success, and you’ll be integral in helping us achieve our future goal of setting up a European Bank.

You’ll be joining the Talent Acquisition team as Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be based in The Netherlands helping to build and scale ClearBank teams in Europe. You’ll develop and implement creative sourcing and attraction strategies to deliver against our hiring needs. With the support of the Head of Talent Acquisition, TA team and HR Business Partners, you’ll be passionate about hiring great people who embrace our values and add to our culture. You’ll be joining a newly formed team that puts people first and who’ll ensure that time is spent on your own development.

We’ve grown quickly (and still are) over the past few years so you’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in helping to shape our Company with an array of projects we have planned from the talent attraction and marketing strategy, helping us on our EVP, improving our ATS and much more. You will be

• Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of hiring process from role kick off & sourcing all the way through to hiring
• Working with the Head of TA to proactively identify and work on improvements to hiring processes
• An advisor to hiring managers, supporting them with a variety of vacancies
• Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Previous experience recruiting in a scale-up/start-up business preferably in the tech or financial services sector
• Substantial experience of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter etc
• Comfortable interviewing - behavioural and technical screens are part of your daily life
• Collaborative, a team player who thrives in an environment where change is the only constant
• Substantial experience managing relationships with stakeholders of various levels
• Cares about the candidate experience and likes to stay in touch with candidates even after they accept an offer
