Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales Team/Branch Customer Events:
    • Track and report weekly and monthly customer events organized by the sales team and branches.
    • Monitor associated costs and compile a comprehensive list of companies involved.
  • New Accounts:
    • Provide weekly updates on new account acquisitions.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Vehicle Assignments:
    • Maintain a record of vehicle assignments, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with the logistics team for any adjustments or changes.
  • Safety Incidents:
    • Report safety incidents promptly and accurately, including incident details and resolution actions.
    • Collaborate with the safety team to implement preventative measures.
  • Safety Meeting Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with safety meeting schedules and document participation.
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating safety meetings as needed.
  • Job Postings for District:
    • Collaborate with HR to attract qualified candidates and streamline the hiring process.
  • Unavailable by Branch and District:
    • Via the Unavailable dashboard, identify and report what equipment is not available for rent by branch.
    • Assist in resource allocation and planning based on availability data.
  • Warranty Recovery:
    • Monitor warranty claims and recovery processes.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to streamline and optimize warranty recovery efforts.
  • DOT Compliance and Violations:
    • Track and report DOT compliance and violations.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to address and rectify any issues.
  • Construction Updates:
    • Stay informed about ongoing construction projects.
    • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on project progress.
  • Overdue Reviews:
    • Monitor and report on overdue reviews.
    • Collaborate with the review team to ensure timely completion.
