Position Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Zenni, you'll play a critical role in attracting the most brilliant minds across all disciplines, from technology to marketing to finance and beyond. You'll apply your operational rigor and strategic thinking to develop, drive and execute on our hiring strategies, building a team of recruiting professionals who are just as passionate about talent acquisition as you are. With your expertise, you'll set up recruiting metrics and goals to create an efficient, high-performing team, working closely with the business to build and drive world-class recruiting practices that are constantly evolving to meet Zenni's needs. You'll have a constant eye on scaling for the future, ensuring that Zenni has the right talent in place to continue its rapid growth trajectory. As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters and sourcers through all facets of the recruiting life cycle. You'll leverage data and technology to optimize recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, while also bringing a human touch to the process to ensure that every candidate has a positive experience. In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to the VP of People. With your passion for building a world-class team, you'll be a key driver of Zenni's success, helping to revolutionize the eyewear industry and change the way people think about buying eyewear.

• Collaborate with key business leaders to develop a global strategy that delivers on Zenni's growth plans. With your visionary mindset and strategic thinking, you'll help us take our recruiting efforts to new heights.
• Develop a comprehensive, state-of-the-art recruitment strategy for all teams at Zenni. Your leadership will help us attract the best and brightest talent in the industry, so we can continue to revolutionize the eyewear industry.
• Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support Zenni's rapid growth. Your data-driven insights will help us optimize our recruiting efforts and scale our teams for the future.
• Partner with Zenni hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates, providing data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities. Your strategic guidance will help us find and hire the best-fit candidates for every role.
• Define overall recruiting performance goals across the team. Your leadership will help us achieve our hiring targets and exceed our expectations.
• Champion recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements on a global level. Your forward-thinking mindset will help us stay ahead of the curve and innovate our recruiting efforts.
• Design and implement a cutting-edge recruiting strategy for your team and hiring managers. With your creative and innovative ideas, you'll help us attract top talent from around the world.
• Coach and train hiring managers on interview methodology by holding/leading workshops that you design. Your expertise will help us create a consistent and effective hiring process that delivers results.
