Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the evolution of a global, high-performance network infrastructure supporting low-latency trading environments. This role blends deep networking expertise with modern automation practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency across multiple international data centers.

What You’ll Do:

• Redesign and modernize network architecture to improve performance and fault tolerance.

• Automate network deployment and configuration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python.

• Build and optimize private VPLS/eVPN connectivity across global data centers, offices, and cloud providers.

• Implement observability solutions to monitor network health and troubleshoot complex issues using packet analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored network solutions that align with business needs.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other security standards.

• Manage system updates, documentation, and contribute to infrastructure CI/CD processes using Git.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.

• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and other routing protocols.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise network gear (Cisco, Arista, Fortinet).

• Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and Ansible for infrastructure automation.

• Understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SDN technologies.

• Experience in high-availability, low-latency environments is a strong advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with FreeBSD, Precision Time Protocols, or virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Exposure to DevOps culture and CI/CD practices.
