Location: Chicago, IL - Remote
Pay: $180,000. - $270,000.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business)
Employment Logistics:
We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Regional General Manager to spearhead critical, high-value network transformation projects across our parcel logistics operations. This individual will act as both a strategic project leader and a force for operational change, delivering initiatives that increase efficiency, boost service quality, and enhance our national footprint.

The Must-Haves:
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of management experience
• 10 Years of experience in supply chain or logistics
• 3–5 years in a management or project leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Experience overseeing high-budget projects (e.g., $5M+), particularly in logistics network expansion, optimization, automation, or routing
• Hands-on experience with logistics operations such as hub/terminal workflows, transportation planning, and workforce optimization
• Strong change management experience, ideally with formal training (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP) focused on operational transformation in a logistics or parcel delivery environment
• Experience collaborating with functions like IT, Engineering, and Facilities, showing the ability to drive tech and infrastructure integrations in logistics settings
• Travel required (estimated 25–50%) to hubs, terminals, and project sites across the region or nationally
• Must be comfortable working in both office and operational settings (e.g., distribution hubs, warehouses). In the warehouse, noise level is usually moderate
Your Mission in Motion:
• Maintain primary P&L responsibility for multiple hubs operations
• Manage and support a regional group of General Managers and their teams
• Responsible for standardizing best practices in our hub operations network
• Manages the budget and operational efficiencies across the regional hub network
• Manages the design, tracking, and execution of hub KPI’s
• Self-motivated to lead projects as needed to address issues in the network
• Must possess strong analytical skills and working knowledge of logistics within the supply chain
• Mentor and develop General Managers to take on larger roles in the organization
• Drive region’s buildings to attain their KPI's through problem solving and partnership with the GM's, other regions, and business partners
• Drive effective operations through continuous improvement and effective application of lean principles
• Lead full lifecycle execution of major network infrastructure and operations projects, from concept through deployment
• Serve as a change champion across departments including Operations, Engineering, Transportation, IT, and Facilities
• Own large project portfolios with budgets exceeding $5M, driving alignment with OnTrac’s business goals
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed change into culture, streamline processes, and enhance scalability
• Exercise discretion to select appropriate resources for delivering on initiatives on time, on budget, and on point
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technology in hub and terminal operations, routing, automation, and workforce planning
• Develop and present executive-level briefings, risk assessments, and ROI analyses
• Independently identify enterprise-level initiatives that will advance Company strategy and lead those projects in partnership with stakeholders from departments across the business
Paving your way to your success:
• Experience in Final Mile Delivery Industry preferred
• Proficiency in business office computing
• Experience in ergonomics, safety, and training preferred
• Ability to create, develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy
