Summary of the Role 

We are seeking a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong focus on impact, influence, and continuous improvement to join Amadeus Media Solutions as a Commercial Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, optimizing operations, and creating long-term value. You will collaborate across teams and influence decision-makers in finance, product, and business units to develop data-informed strategies that guide key decisions. You’ll also lead initiatives in Profit and Loss (P&L) planning and business strategy to help meet revenue and profitability goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clear and reliable financial models to evaluate business cases, revenue forecasts, and P&L management. 

• Conduct scenario planning, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing.

• Drive business strategy planning by shaping long-term strategies, annual budgets, pricing models, product profitability goals, and distribution approaches.

• Monitor and report progress on financial goals and initiatives. 

• Design dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making across teams.

• Steer strategic projects by identifying market and customer needs, challenges, and competitive trends using the Product Lifecycle framework.

• Define customer segments and their needs, and influence cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies that support product financial goals.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is highly valued.

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or financial planning and analysis.

• Experience in media or advertising is a strong plus.

• Proven ability to lead and present strategic initiatives and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and financial systems.
