The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.</p><p></p><p>As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, we are looking for a strong technology leader that can drive the implementation of Automation solutions in SAP BTP. The<span> </span><b>Technical Product Sr. Manager VC Automation</b><span> </span>will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, designing the Process automation within Innovative Medicine of ERP technology solutions in the scope of<span> </span><b>Value Chain Automation.</b></p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><p>This role will take ownership to build &amp; deploy a multi-level Advanced Intercompany solution that will automate end-to-end material, logistics, and financial processes to get visibility into Innovative Medicine’s value chains. Key understanding of SC process archetype (e.g. Toll Manufacturing, Intercompany Sales, Intercompany Stock Transfer, Drop Shipment Process, Customer and Supplier Consignment Process, Customer and Supplier Consignment Process, Returns Management etc.) must drive success to this role.</p><h2><b>Responsibilities</b></h2><h2><b>Roadmap &amp; Backlog Management</b></h2><ul><li>Define and own the strategic vision and prioritization of new technical features and enhancements within the Automation capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs across global IM Product flows and non-Intercompany automation projects.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of initiatives, encompassing design, development, deployment, and ongoing operational support to maximize business value for IM Transcend.</li><li>Balance business value propositions with technical feasibility, optimizing cost efficiency and streamlining delivery processes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, lead platform constraints, resolve cross-team dependencies, and be responsible for demand intake processes as necessary.</li></ul><h2><b>Solution Design &amp; Implementation</b></h2><ul><li>Take accountability for the design and implementation of automation solutions within the Pharma Supply Chain ERP platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.</li><li>Drive standardization of business processes and develop strategic solutions that exemplify best practices.</li><li>Ensure all capabilities align with the SAP product roadmap, incorporating industry standards and future-proofing investments.</li><li>Actively engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to Transcend program design and implementation standards。</l
