This role will lead the enablement of our HR Information System (i.e., Workday). The primary purpose of a Sr. HRIS Analyst is to ensure that the organization’s processes and technology align effectively to support its workforce management needs. You will lead the project management and oversight of all HRIS related projects.

This role will lead the enablement of our HR Information System (i.e., Workday). The primary purpose of a Sr. HRIS Analyst is to ensure that the organization’s processes and technology align effectively to support its workforce management needs. You will lead the project management and oversight of all HRIS related projects.
In this role, you will:
- Support current business processes related to HCM, time tracking, absence, payroll, security, and integrations.
- Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and interpreting data.
- Oversee organization’s annual merit process.
- Manage the configuration, testing, documentation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and track and document changes to functional and business specifications.
- Perform day-to-day Workday support for end users and manage HRIS ticketing system to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Partner with stakeholders to review and prioritize system enhancement requests while providing guidance and support.
- Pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience.
- Ownership of planning and release strategies for Workday semi-annual releases as well as new features, enhancements, and bug fixes by the team.
- Ensure data integrity and tests all system changes.
- Manage external vendor relationships and contracts.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience
- 3+ years of Workday experience
- Project management skills to help manage workload
- Patient attitude towards teams and willingness to partner
- Experience in supporting ticket requests internally
- Experience working with external HRIS vendors as needed
- Experience managing HRIS consultants and contractors
- Experience managing or implementing HRIS integrations
- Experience with Workday’s advanced compensation and merit process
- Effective and collaborative communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Advanced knowledge of Workday; understanding future opportunities for improvement
- Superb attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
