Overview:
The Analyst – Factory Brand will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects supporting the Factory Brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive operating expense budgets & monthly forecasts for Stores and Ecommerce businesses
- Establish and maintain cross functional business partnerships to drive financial objectives
- Develop and implement meaningful, actionable and timely management reporting to inform business partners and senior leadership
- Prepare monthly P&L reviews for senior leadership and provide commentary and business insights on performance
- Collaborate with accounting and business partners on investigating variances to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation and process standardization
- Prepare daily/weekly sales plans in collaboration with Planning and Store Operations team
- Create supporting schedules and presentations for Board of Directors, External Reporting and Executive leadership requests
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in banking, consulting or financial planning and analysis or related experience
- Four-year college degree in accounting or finance
- Strong work ethic with sharp attention to detail, variances and trends
- Team player with exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Agile learner, with the ability to adapt, pivot efficiently between tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. SAP and/or Hyperion experience a plus
