Level 3 - Email Security Support Engineer

Do you have experience supporting security within a global Email enterprise environment? Would you like to be a part of a large Email migration? If so, then you might be Fivesky’s next Level 3 - Email Security Support Engineer!

Who you are: 

• Provider of high-level support of an enterprise Email Infrastructure with 5+ years of experience
• Supporting a Network infrastructure with experience with technologies like (DNS, LDAP, SSL/TLS)
• Knowledgeable with SMTP in a large environment
• Familiar with Malware, anti-spam and Email Authentication frameworks (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) 
• Comfortable with Linux administration using Bash or Shell scripting
• A team player who is obsessed with learning new technologies and has the ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

What you will do:

• Utilize your expertise to play a key role in delivering L3 support and enhancing the stability and security of the organization's global email infrastructure.
• Improve email security controls and operational efficiencies.
• Address inbound and outbound message issues, including spam, malware, and phishing.
• Leverage your strong networking and Linux skills to make a significant impact on the organization
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for L3 support, covering one-week shifts approximately once a month.
• Play a key role in the Integration of an email infrastructure project
• Collaborate within a security team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute as a team member across various project phases.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of infrastructure and custom tools development.
• Take ownership of ensuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

It would be awesome if you had:

• Experience with enterprise internet mail security platforms, like Proofpoint, IronPort
• Python and/or Ansible for automating the management of the networking infrastructure.
• Infrastructure network protocols like NTP and SNMP
• Worked with Jira
• Infrastructure Support in an enterprise environment and knowledge of the SDLC

This is a Full Time position in Alpharetta, GA. The compensation package is based on experience and qualifications.
