Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the building and facilities related PM maintenance, project upgrades, additions, new model and non-new model requirements from concept through execution. The Supervisor will coordinate daily requirements and activities per Stellantis Production Way (SPW). The Supervisor will also coordinate the skilled trades workforce to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or skilled trades supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
• Experience working in a union environment
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
