Project & Artwork Manager
Kimberly-ClarkAbout the role
Job Description
You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.
As an Artwork & Project Manager, you will lead operational aspects of packaging artwork for Kimberly-Clark’s iconic brands, ensuring design execution excellence across an assigned business unit. In this role you’ll manage timelines, key milestones, and ensure projects stay on track for the end-to-end artwork process, from concept to final production, to deliver high-quality and consistent packaging that aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives. You’ll be a member of the North America Design & Brand Identity team and work closely in partnership with brand teams, R&D, and design agencies. This role requires someone who can work independently, moving fluidly within a fast-paced environment and who is well-versed in project management. This is hybrid role based from Kimberly-Clark’s Chicago Commercial Center.
In this role, you will:
Lead the creation and refinement of artwork and packaging copy for the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Oversee relationships with artwork agencies and printing partners to guarantee timely and high-quality execution of packaging artworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop comprehensive timelines that integrate artwork creation, platemaking, and printing processes. Monitor and report on progress to ensure milestones are met.
Support team members involved in the artwork process, ensuring adherence to established workflows and best practices.
Oversee a user-centric, systematized, and fast artwork production process; and improve the digital platform of artwork and pack copy development.
