Position Highlights:
- Located in Winston Salem, NC

- Two years of supervisory experience
- Serv Safe certification

Essential Functions:
Manages daily food service operations, ensuring staff have necessary tools and meet goals. Assists with cash handling, payroll, and scheduling tasks. Identifies and resolves operational issues, escalating as needed. Delegates tasks, monitors standards, and prioritizes key activities. Provides constructive feedback to motivate and improve employee performance. Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards. Promotes workplace safety through training and equipment maintenance. Sets standards, implements quality improvements, and communicates effectively. Builds employee satisfaction and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Maintains high service quality and delivery standards. Supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Pay Range
