Temporary Accounting Clerk Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary, Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Financial Services team!

Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Temporary (Potential for permanent placement)
- April through July
- Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-12:00pm or 9:00am-1:00pm
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Maintaining AR and AP filing
- Stuffing envelopes and mailing invoices and checks
- Posting resident payments
- Scanning and attaching documents in ERP system
- Account reconciliations
- Basic month-end AR, AP, accounting tasks
- Data entry, Excel, ERP
- Overall administrative support
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2 yrs experience, mainly accounts receivable background
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, ERP)
- Basic math skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, residents, and visitors
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks
- Experience with not-for-profit accounting and/or health care a plus, but not required
