Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $110,500.00  to $184,100.00.

The Manager, Business Systems Engineering – HCM is accountable for world class enterprise technology experience in North America.  With a sound understanding of and experience working with complex business applications including both off-the-shelf and custom-developed software like SAP and industry-leading Cloud services and SaaS products, this leader ensures Grainger team members are equipped with the most relevant and effective technology capabilities to help them serve Grainger’s customers with ease and confidence.

 

As Manager, you will lead a team of 7+ employees and contractors who champion and influence the design and transformation of foundational business to a more effective Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and sustainable resiliency. You will provide strategic leadership and guidance to engineering managers, engineers, administrators, and architects. You will provide key input to product and portfolio management processes for the Human Resources domain including Human Resources, Payroll and Time Management, Compensation, Benefits and HR Service Center. You will drive the roadmap to modernize, streamline, enhance and strengthen the performance, reliability, security, and scalability of our core business applications.
