Sales Account Manager

● Manage renewals in the territory. Target a 95% renewal rate or higher.
● Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales quotas and targets.
● Sell Red Hat's comprehensive enterprise solutions (subscriptions, training, &
consulting) within your assigned territory.
● Lead a team of 8 or more colleagues. Ensure everyone on the team understands
the account plans and goals for the year. Work together to drive business to
closure.
● Prospect into accounts, coordinate and run meetings, create a pipeline by
uncovering new opportunities, manage forecasts, book net new deals, manage
renewals, and track customer data using Red Hat Sales Cloud
● Manage linearity and rolling four-quarter pipeline.Required Skills

● Effective prospector with a hunter mentality
● Track record of exceeding quota
● Ability to multitask effectively
● Capable of leading an entire sales process from start (uncover opportunity) to
finish (receive PO)
● Ability to navigate and learn customer procurement processes
● Willingness to work as part of a team and receive feedback to help improve sales
skills
● Understand Linux platforms, product management tools, virtualization, cloud
technologies, consulting, and training.
● Strategic, tactical, and solution-focused
● Continuous learnerThe salary range for this position is $209,650.00 - $345,890.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
