The impact you'll have: :

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project status updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution, including the development and maintenance of required project artifacts.
• Monitor multiple project simultaneously and tracking for performance and make adjustments as needed; identify areas for future improvement.

Who we're looking for:

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience using Smartsheets with advanced knowledge of dashboards and analytics preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $30-$40/hour. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
