Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives—ranging from clinical system implementations to scalable data infrastructure. This role requires strong technical fluency, exceptional program oversight skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders across a complex healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale technology programs in healthcare, with a deep understanding of how to structure data environments (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines) and drive delivery in environments where internal technical resources are limited.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee multiple, concurrent technology projects within a broader program roadmap—including EHR/PM system implementations, data platform builds, and system integrations.
· Lead coordination between internal business stakeholders and external vendors to align scope, milestones, budgets, and strategic goals.
· Define, track, and communicate program-level timelines, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across cross-functional teams.
· Partner with vendors to design scalable data environments—including data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics-ready structures—that support clinical, operational, and reporting needs.
· Ensure that systems and solutions support interoperability, security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and long-term flexibility.
· Implement governance structures and consistent documentation to support repeatable, sustainable program management practices.
· Facilitate change management, training, testing, and user adoption strategies for all technology rollouts.
· Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership on program status, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience managing technology programs or large, complex projects—ideally in a healthcare or regulated industry.
· Proven experience leading multi-project programs involving healthcare systems, data architecture, and third-party vendors.
· Strong understanding of healthcare operations, EHR/PM systems, and data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs).
· Experience overseeing data platforms such as data lakes or warehouses and managing ETL/ELT processes.
· Adept at managing external vendor relationships and holding partners accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality.
· Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
