About the Job
This role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CHC Country Head and CHC employees, contributing to the effective execution of Opella’s global CHC business strategy at country level. The position involves coordinating administrative, financial, and organizational resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support marketing and sales activities, and enable effective governance processes, all in line with Opella’s internal standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to CHC team members, including marketing activities and events
Coordinate cycle meetings (logistics, agency coordination, budget tracking)
Act as a key contact point between field force and office-based teams
Support sales representatives with back-office and administrative matters
Prepare contracts and support the signing and documentation process
Manage invoices and purchasing requests in SAP to ensure timely supplier payments
Organize CHC governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Your Profile
Experience in administrative, coordination, or office management roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with financial processes, invoicing, and systems such as SAP
High attention to detail and ability to work in compliance-driven environments
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Commitment to ethics, compliance, quality, pharmacovigilance, and HSE standards
