Lead, support, and enhance the production of marketing and communication pieces, and on occasion due diligence materials for Pomona Capital and Pomona Capital’s retail (registered) private equity product (Pomona Investment Fund, “PIF”).

The Contributions You Will Make

(1) Marketing Pieces

Write marketing, educational, and quarterly pieces for PIF and institutional products.

(2) Branding & Communication Function

This role will require assisting in the execution of the firm's and product communication strategy.

• Assist in writing firm’s communication including funds’ update letters and Newsletters.

Assist in thought pieces including written pieces, and/or videos. Help organize and coordinate the firm’s conference participation. • Assist in social media calendar including posting on LinkedIn. o Develop any necessary content (written pieces, videos, etc.)

• Assist in writing firm’s press releases and working with the press (interviews, etc.). Website Updates. Assist in any website updates and posts.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong academic and professional pedigree

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5-6 years of Investor Relations experience, mainly in financial services and private equity
• Existing knowledge of retail-structured vehicles a plus
• Demonstrated track record of producing marketing and communication materials.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance expectations.
• Demonstrated track record of producing written marketing materials.

General Skills & Expectations

• Must have outstanding organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. This person will help lead and be the central person who will coordinate multiple projects at once.
• A team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) This person will need to be able to work with multiple groups within the organization including compliance and the PIF team.
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated and resourceful
