Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting business operations and tasks related to Plant Operations. This primarily includes utilizing the work order system to manage department workflow, monitoring, and assigning team priorities, creating, and providing reports with the goal of assessing and improving work processes to improve team productivity. The position is responsible for department billing activities. 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Plant Operations Coordinator:

• Manages day to day work flow of the Plant Operations teams to ensure that work orders are being prioritized and completed per established guidelines.
• Conducts customer satisfaction audits.
• Schedules and maintains calendar for mechanicals and fire equipment. 
• Primary contact for resident concerns.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential apartment maintenance.
• Valid IL drivers license with a good driving record required.
• Prior lead experience in senior living, hotel or health care setting preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
