Job Description:
This job is responsible for executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by gathering and organizing data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
  • Provides administrative support for the monitoring and testing of controls by gathering and organizing data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
  • Complies with controls and Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
  • Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness
  • Performs QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results
  • Supports initiatives by identifying potential procedural updates, test script updates, and data discrepancies to enhance QA program success
  • Supports operational research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and captures data and information relevant to inspection metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reporting

Line of Business Job description:

The Client Protection Business Integration Team is looking for a smart, energetic candidate to join our centralized Access Management team.  The Centralized Access Management Team is responsible for processing all access requests and access reviews for the organization.

This role will include - but is not limited to the following areas of responsibility:

•  Primary responsibility is to process incoming access requests for new hires or ad hoc requests and process efficiently overseeing process through completion.

•  Accountable for the integrity of access management by only requesting access that is required to perform job function

•  Responsible to proactively monitor email, enterprise group chat and to maintain communication with peers on incidents concerning system access issues

•  Complete access requests in a manner that aligns within required SLAs

•  Work with LOB managers and agents to provide troubleshooting of access issues and provide steps to take in an attempt to resolve all issues

•  Utilize and review procedures daily and report any possible updates needed

•  Escalate issues accordingly

•  Perform access reviews on a quarterly or ad hoc basis

Required Qualifications:

•  2+ years’ experience in Fraud or Claims

•  2 years minimum experience with SPOC - Security Point of Contact

• Have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring flawless execution

•  Be intellectually curious and be willing to challenge the status quo

•  Be a quick learner and have strong problem solving skills

•  Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently

•  Must have a strong and positive work ethic and follow Bank of America's Core Values

•  Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change

•  Ability to multi-task and meet specific performance goals

•  Must have a strong record of delivering on performance goals/expectations

•  Excellent written and oral communication skills
