Construction Apprentice & Helpers

Due to our phenomenal growth and expansion, we have an IMMEDIATE need for qualified handymen, plumbers, paint and drywallers, flooring experts, electricians, and carpenters who are eager to become skilled remodelers by improving their skills and learning new ones. Job Overview
Perform various aspects of remodeling work including framing, trim, rot repair, crown and base molding, cabinetry installation and repair, flooring installation, tile work, and drywall and painting. Some on-call hours for emergency services may be needed.

Job Requirements
· 2+ years’ experience

· Must have knowledge of the following:

o Drywall repair, finishing, and painting

o Cabinetry and moldings

o Light electrical and plumbing

o Flooring installation

· Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

· Knowledge of construction and remodeling trades, procedures, materials, specifications, and safety

· Must have a valid drivers' license

Job Duties
· Various reconstruction tasks involving electric, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.

· Follow all safety procedures on the job site

· Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed

Must be dependable, possess strong time management skills, enjoy overtime, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background screening.

Salary: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level
