Job Overview:
The Forms & Notifications team is dedicated to the creation and maintenance of advisor and end-investor forms; designing, programming, and testing forms within several applications at LPL; partnering with Technology and various third-party vendors to make forms available in a number of formats/locations to customers, including eSignature; working with business units, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure the forms are up to date and accurate.
An Associate Analyst's role on the Forms & Notifications team is to create and edit client-facing forms following our set design standards; gather and document business requirements for new forms and updates to existing forms; assist with data mapping and adaptive form authoring to align complex business rules to the appropriate form fields; support in UAT, test script creation, and troubleshooting; collaborate with various business units and form owners; and adhere to SLAs. This role participates in all aspects of the forms process, following documented procedures and design guidelines, with assistance from senior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and editing client-facing forms following our set design standards.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for new forms and updates to existing forms.
- Assisting with data mapping and adaptive form authoring to align complex business rules to the appropriate form fields.
- Helping to extract data and running various queries analyzing trends.
- Assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), test script creation, and troubleshooting.
- Assisting and participating in projects and business process meetings to establish form requirements in LPL-standard formats.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR 1+ year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Preferences:
- Experience working as a graphic designer, business analyst, data analyst, or junior Project Manager (PM)
- Experience with AEM Forms Designer/AEM Forms (cloud service)…Adobe Acrobat Pro would be a plus
- Experience with eSignature/DocuSign/Adobe Sign
- A strong technical background and familiarity with learning new systems
