Our business units and companies specialize in media management and performance advertising, research and development of advanced e-commerce solutions, and the production of just-in-time and made-to-order apparel.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Financial Controller</strong> to join our team!<br/></p><p><strong>WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF</strong></p><p>Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance:</p><ul><li><p>Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.</p></li><li><p>Lead compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory reporting requirements.</p></li></ul><p>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>Conduct rolling forecasts and variance analyses to provide actionable insights into financial performance.</p></li></ul><p>Internal Controls &amp; Risk Management:</p><ul><li><p>Design and enforce a robust internal control framework to mitigate risks and safeguard organizational assets.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and address financial and operational risks.</p></li></ul><p>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis:</p><ul><li><p>Provide detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, recommending corrective actions as needed.</p></li></ul><p>Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR):</p><ul><li><p>Ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices, verifying that they are properly entered and reconciled into the accounting system.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present AP and AR reports, payment schedules, and vendor/customer analyses.</p></li></ul><p>Treasury &amp; Cash Flow Management:</p><ul><li><p>Support on the cash flow management implementation and liquidity planning to meet short- and long-term financial obligations.</p></li><li><p>Manage relationships with financial institutions and ensure efficient handling of financing activities.</p></li></ul><p>Leadership &amp; Team Development:</p><ul><li><p>Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial goals with organizational strategies.</p></li></ul><p>Technology &amp; Automation:</p><ul><li><p>Implement and enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for streamlined financial operations.</p></li><li><p>Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial processes.</p></li></ul><p>Strategic Financial Advisory:</p><ul><li><p>Partner with executive leadership to formulate long-term financial strategies.</p></li><li><p>Provide insights into market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA designation preferred).</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in financial management with a proven track record in a senior finance role.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow management, and risk management, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of internal controls, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems to optimize financial operations.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP platforms and Excel.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated leadership in supporting and supervising teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.<strong><br/></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Experience in multinational corporations or complex organizational structures.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in managing large-scale budgets and financial operations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU</strong></p><ul><li><p>Join an innovative team during an exciting phase of growth: be part of a true Made in Italy success story;</p></li><li><p>Opportunity for rapid growth within your ro
