We're looking for a talented Associate Creative Producer to join the team.

You will brand aerospace companies, help Y Combinator alums build products 'people want', take pictures of dogs, help AI to help humans, explain smart breathing machines and receive awards for that.

About the role:

The Production Manager is a highly organized problem solver with strong English proficiency and a deep understanding of production and post-production workflows. Skilled in planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Excellent communication and strategic thinking help anticipate challenges, optimize resources, and keep projects on track efficiently and precisely.

In this role you’ll be:

• Plan and coordinate production workflows, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Oversee both production and post-production processes, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in the sphere.
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in production and post-production.
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
